Day 2: Gems, Waterfalls & Temples
– Breakfast and departure
– Kuruwita Gem Mine – see how gemstones are mined and processed.
– Rathnapura Gem City – explore the city famous for gemstones, visit shops, and learn about cutting and polishing processes.
– Bopathella Waterfall – take a refreshing bath in the waterfall (weather permitting).
– Rathnapura Saman Devalaya – visit the historic temple dedicated to Lord Saman.
